To celebrate the spirit of New Year, the Integrated Transport Center at the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi has announced free parking on New Year, which will be valid between 12:01 am on Sunday, December 31 and 7:59 am on Tuesday, January 2.
The authorities also advise motorists to follow residential parking laws, which remain unchanged between 9 pm and 8 am.
Additionally, the buses will continue their journeys as per their normal schedule except the Abu Dhabi – Al Ain bus which will operate every 15 minutes between 1 pm and 6 pm on Sunday, December 31, 2017. On Jan 1, 2018, all the buses on Abu Dhabi – Al Ain route will run between 2 pm and 6 pm only.
