Some teasers of the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta have been revealed ahead of its debut at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show in January. The teasers released by Volkswagen project a pure technical vibe of the new Jetta indicating the fundamental German engineering features of the vehicle.
The vehicle exudes an elegance that is typical of most luxury cars and vehicles from top brands. The exterior vibe is, however, something more sophisticated compared to most conventional compact cars.
The interior also boasts a standout design that features various controls and options almost similar to the ones present in other versions of the MkV11 Golf. The design reflects features apt for higher trim models including the possibility of a digital instrument hub.
The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta will have a new flexible Volkswagen Group MQB platform as opposed to the old 5th Generation PQ35 platform that most vehicles from the brand support. The new MQB is also seen in the Audi A3, a competitor of the new Jetta. More details for the Jetta will be unraveled at the North American Auto Show on Jan 14th.
