The Ford Pick-up Trucks centenary was celebrated by Al Tayer Motors, the official dealer of Ford vehicles, in a lavish event in the UAE.
The event marked 100 years of Ford trucks that gathered F-150 and F-150 Raptor clients and aficionados from across the emirates.
The event started with the display of the recently launched 2018 F-150 and F-150 Raptor vehicles at the Al Tayer Motor’s Ford showroom located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Sharjah. The attendees were excited at the opportunity to see the new F-150 vehicles for the first time.
The event next staged a raffle draw that awarded gift vouchers worth AED 25,000/-, AED 15,000/- and AED 10,000 to three lucky vehicle owners for purchasing Ford F-150 accessories. This was followed by a briefing from the General Manager – Ford Sales, Al Tayer Motors, Roberto Lopes Da Silva.
The event celebrating Ford Pick-up Trucks Centenary also featured a final drive to the Badayer desert area in the UAE in a convoy of 200 vehicles, the largest group ever for F-150 trucks where motorists from the F-150 and F-150 Raptor club displayed off their driving prowess.
