The Dubai Police broke the Guinness World Record by forming the largest UAE flag with 143 vehicles that were shaped into a smiling emoji on this National Day. This UAE flag broke Pepsi’s record of 2015 that was set using 121 cars.

The Executive Chairman of the Happiness Society and Positivity Council of Dubai Police expressed his gratitude for the sponsor, Global Village, and said that the goal behind the initiative was to motivate and encourage car enthusiasts and residents to contribute to such events of national significance.

The initiative was part of the 46th National Day Celebrations in UAE and Dubai Police organized the record-breaking event in collaboration with 17 Clubs under the supervision of Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Merri, chief of Dubai Police.

According to the Director of the General Department of Organizations Protective Security and Emergency (OPSE), the record-breaking initiative was a massive achievement for Dubai police that already has a plethora of noteworthy global achievements to its credit.

The fact that the record breaking by the police force was in connection with the national day celebrations makes it even more distinguished and celebratory.
