Genesis, the luxury brand under Hyundai Motor Co, has presented its highly anticipated luxury performance sedan, Hyundai Genesis G70 for the first time at the 2017 Dubai International Motor Show. The event started at Dubai World Trade Center on Tuesday 14th November.
Hyundai Motor officially launched its luxury car brand in September last year by releasing the bigger luxury G90 and G80 sedans and has now come forward with Genesis G70.
The Hyundai Genesis G70 looks implausible and is set to win hearts with its sleek vibrant profile. The exceptional exterior includes a new compact bumper design, long hood and short front overhang, refined roofline, firm multispoke alloy wheels, LED rear combination lamps and so on.
Furthermore, the interior leaves one with a feeling of comfort with its ultrafine and elegant design comprising of a stable horizontal layout, switchgear, and a firm sports steering wheel.
The compact Genesis G70 sedan will be offered to UAE customers in two engine choices; a gasoline 3.3L turbo generating 370 PS and maximum torque of 510 Nm and a gasoline 2.0L turbo producing 252 PS and maximum torque of 353 Nm. The sedan is eagerly set to compete for the leading compact luxury sports sedans from BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
It’s not only a comfortable sedan but also boasts advanced driver assist systems including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Blind spot Collision Warning (BCW) and Driver Awareness Warning (DAW). All these features will be a part of Genesis Active Safety Control suite.

Following the launch in the Middle Eastern market, Hyundai Motor plans to roll out the G70 in Russia, Australia, and North America. The automaker, who has so far introduced G70, G80, and G90, aims to add three new models to the Genesis lineup by 2021.
The deliveries and sale of Genesis G70 masterpiece, which is aspired to grab the mind and hearts of consumers, is expected to begin early next year in the Middle East.
