Cadillac is celebrating its 115th anniversary by developing 115 units of a new and exclusive 2018 Cadillac CTS-V Glacier Metallic Edition.
The 2018 Cadillac CTS-V Glacier Metallic Edition will be available with Carbon Fiber and Luxury packages as standard. The key exterior elements will include a smoky light gray body paint, 19-inch alloy wheels with silver accents, Brembo brakes, illuminated door handles, a carbon-fiber front splitter, rear spoiler and a diffuser.
The interior will be somewhat similar to the regular CTS-V. It will feature heated Recaro Sport seats, ultra-view sunroof, Performance Data Recorder system with Cosworth Toolbox analysis software, rear camera mirror, the latest Cadillac Infotainment system, and tri-zone climate control.
Powering the 2018 Cadillac CTS-V Glacier Metallic Edition will be the regular 6.2-liter V-8 engine found in the standard third-generation CTS-V. This V8 unit delivers 640 horsepower allowing the luxury sedan to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 200 mph. The engine also uses cylinder deactivation technology for improved fuel efficiency.
Production of the Cadillac CTS-V Glacier Metallic Edition will begin this month and it will arrive at the dealerships sometime in 2018 with a starting price of $103,885 including e destination freight charges.
