A year back, the German automaker introduced the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 luxury electric car and now at the 2017 Monterey in California, a convertible version of the same car has made its debut. Dubbed as the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet, the luxurious electric convertible can generate up to 750 horsepower and boasts a range of more than 200 miles (500 kilometers).
The powertrain will allow this glamorous cabriolet to go from 0 to 60 mph within 4 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.
The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet measures 18.7 feet long and 6.9 feet wide. In comparison, most of the regular sedans measure just 15 feet.
The coupe version that debuted last year at Monterey, was finished with a sexy red metallic paint, while this convertible concept sports a blue metallic paint with chrome accents. The huge 24-inch wheels further enhance the overall magnificence of the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet.
On the inside, it includes exclusive white Nappa leather upholstery and wooden floor with enchased aluminum making the convertible look like a yacht. Also present inside are state-of-the-art technologies such as an intelligent navigation system, biometric sensors, touch controls and a virtual assistant with voice recognition.
Mercedes has not yet confirmed if they see Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 convertible entering production anytime soon.
