The 67th Frankfurt Motor Show is happening from September 14th to 24th and among some of the best performance oriented cars, we will also see the new Suzuki Swift Sport making its official debut.
The images revealed by the automaker show that the new Suzuki Swift Sport has received a brand-new look. Up front, it features a redesigned bumper with a more angular shape, front and rear splitter, revised rear bumper, side skirts, lip spoiler and dual exhaust pipes. Moreover, the gloss black front grille and the alloy wheels enhance the overall persona of the hot hatch.
The details about the interior are unknown yet, but we can expect the cabin to have sport leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, stainless steel sport pedals and exclusive sport badging on the seats.
Powertrain details are unknown as well, but reports indicate the Swift Sport will be powered by a 1.4L turbo unit generating 140 horsepower paired with a manual transmission system. The current Suzuki Swift Sport in the market carries a 1.6L 4-cylinder unit, which produces 134 horsepower and 160 Nm of torque.
More details about the performance and powertrain will be revealed before the official debut of the new Suzuki Swift Sport.
