The new 2018 Honda Fit has been officially launched by the Japanese automaker, and it has arrived at the dealerships with a new trim, added tech & safety features and some impressive exterior updates.

The base model LX is priced at $17,065 boasting a 5-inch LCD display, 0/20 split second row Magic seats and leather covered steering wheel and shift knob. It comes equipped with a six-speed manual transmission system, but customers can opt for a CVT for an additional $800. Furthermore, the Honda Sensing Safety tech is available at an extra cost.

The EX trim comes standard with SiriusXM radio, push-button start system and Honda Sensing system. Its price starts at $19,035. The range-topping EX-L trim renders leather seats with heating function and carries a price tag of $21,395.

The new Sport trim adds enhanced exterior components such as black colored 16-inch alloy wheels, chrome plated exhaust pipe, front spoiler, rear diffuser and unique bright orange pin stripes on the body. It also features a combo of black and orange on the inside. The price of the Sport trim starts from $18,375.

Additionally, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are also available as standard on the Honda Fit EX, EX-L and Sport trims.

The engine will remain the same i.e. 1.5-liter inline-four cylinder unit developing 130 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque.
