The new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek is scheduled to arrive at the dealerships later in summer this year and reports suggest it will be priced from $22,710, which means the automaker has increased the price by $140 compared to the 2017 model.
The 2018 Subaru Crosstrek will be available in three trim levels. All grades carry the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine creating 152 horsepower. The base model is equipped with a six-speed manual transmission system, but buyers can upgrade to a CVT for an extra $1,000. Standard features include 6.5-inch touch display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, 60/40-split fold-down rear seats, tilt/telescopic steering wheel column, engine immobilizer and stylish 17-inch alloy wheels.
The range-topping Limited grade provides some advanced amenities such as an 8-inch touch display, key-less entry, 6-way powered driver seat, 18-inch alloy wheels, push-button start and automatic LED lights. It also offers high-end safety equipment including blind-spot detection, lane change assist and rear-cross traffic alert. The mid-range Premium trim costs $23,510, while the Limited version is priced at $27,210.
Customers can also opt for the Subaru EyeSight safety technology suite for an additional cost.
The pricing details and the launch date for the UAE market is currently unknown.
