The exclusive distributor of Toyota and pioneers in sustainable mobility, Al-Futtaim Motors recently joined hands with CCCP Dubai (Commercial Compliance & Consumer Protection) in a nationwide drive to improve customer satisfaction by installing Consumer Happiness Counters (CHCs) at its showrooms.
These CHCs will serve consumers by relaying information and providing customized services. This will not only enable Al-Futtaim Motors to cater to customer complaints in a more efficient way, but will also strengthen their ties with retailers and end consumers.
The very first CHC has been installed at Lexus Sheikh Zayed Road showroom and is working toward achieving greater customer satisfaction and strengthening brand relationship by providing information and resolving customer issues in accordance with Dubai Economy’s initiative.
Dignitaries from CCCP and Al-Futtaim Motors added that these Customer Happiness Counters will serve as most direct point of contact with clients having complaints regarding their purchase. This will not only improve buying experience, but will also make automotive industry more consumer focused and competitive. Such customer-centric approach is well aligned with Dubai Economy’s vision and can improve customer retention for those who are willing to go an extra mile to get smiles on their customer’s faces.
