Infiniti has just released a teaser image of its new QX80 Monograph SUV concept. We believe this premium SUV is bound to debut at the 2017 New York Auto Show.

The teaser image shows the Infiniti QX80 Monograph SUV concept has a unique muscular persona similar to the QX Sport Inspiration concept, which was unveiled at the 2016 Beijing Auto Show. Later, the automaker previewed QX50 concept at the Detroit Auto Show and now the QX80 Monograph SUV concept will most likely arrive at the New York Auto Show. The automaker has not disclosed much other than the name, which indicates the concept model will serve as the next QX80.

The next Infiniti QX80 will most probably ride on the body-on-frame platform and will be related to the Nissan Patrol. The current QX80 carries a 5.6L naturally aspirated V8 engine, which develops a mighty 400 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque. It is capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.8 seconds despite its heavy weight, which is about 2,829 Kgs. The engine is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission system and is available in both rear and all-wheel drive configurations.

We can expect the new Infiniti QX80 to arrive here in the UAE shortly after its debut internationally.
