Audi is prepping the new 2018 A6 sedan for its debut later this year. We have recently caught it testing somewhere in snow. Although, the spied 2018 Audi A6 was camouflaged, yet we recognize some of the revised exterior components.
Up front, the new Audi A6 can be seen wearing a larger pair of headlights and a bolder grille compared to the fourth generation model. Character lines on the hood and along the sides are also visible adding to the overall sporty look of the sedan. The spy photographers couldn’t capture the A6 from inside, but we surely expect it to feature latest and advanced technologies along.
The standard powertrain will be a 2.0L diesel engine along with a four-cylinder petrol and another six-cylinder diesel option. A hybrid variant is also expected to be added in the lineup too. The engine will be paired with a seven or eight speed dual clutch transmission system. Audi will most probably ditch the manual gearbox in the new 2018 A6.
Audi will probably reveal the new A6 at the Frankfurt Auto show this fall, and it will go on sale in early 2018. The Middle East debut will most probably take place shortly after its arrival in the international markets.
