Al-Futtaim Motors, the exclusive provider of Toyota in the UAE since 1956, has launched an architectural miracle entitled ‘The Wave’ housing the new Toyota service center in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The five-storey facility depicts the supplier’s untiring efforts to combine quality with luxury. Spread over 14,000 square-meters, The Wave building is a 3S facility offering sales, services and spare parts.
The service center contains 64 bays operating simultaneously to serve 250 cars per day. Furthermore, the building will showcase 80 new and old Toyota models. The interior of The Wave has been created by UK’s Greenspace, a design specializing firm that has an outstanding history of creating flagship destinations for Toyota Motors Europe and other auto-related retail brands.
At the new Toyota service center, customers can pre-order for a service provision. Other unique attractions of the Wave include:
- A Toyota Design Studio for customers to customize a Toyota model as per their own choice with the help of physical and digital equipment.
- A Café featuring amenities like Wi-Fi, charging sockets and televisions. It serves hot and cold beverages with a space to accommodate 60 persons.
- A Toyota Play Space for children to run electric cars on a 100m indoor track and later print their trophies on 3D printers. A coloring, toy-building and VR-gaming spot is established, so kids may never get bored while their parents shop.
- A Toyota Heritage Zone to show the prominent achievements of Toyota-Al-Futtaim alliance in the last 61 years.
- A Toyota Handover Lounge for customers to get their new vehicles and exit the facility using a reserved departure lane.
