The 2018 Audi RS5 Coupe has been spied testing somewhere in the snow. Reports indicate that the official debut is scheduled next month at the Geneva Motor Show.

According to an inside news, the Audi RS5 Coupe is likely to enter the production phase in June, thus the official inauguration next month seems a possibility. The same source also indicates that the Audi RS4 will officially be revealed in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show.

Both the 2018 Audi RS5 and the RS4 will be carrying a biturbo 2.9-liter V6 engine. The same engine is also present in the Panamera 4S which is good for 440 horsepower and 406 pound-feet (550 Newton-meters) of torque. However, it has been optimized for the RS5 Coupe and is expected to churn out 450 horsepower and 446 lb-ft of torque.

With this powertrain, the 2018 Audi RS5 Coupe will be able to hit the 62 mph (100 km/h) mark in less than 4 seconds while top speed will be limited to 155 mph. Opt for the Dynamic Package and motorists could even touch 175 mph.

The automaker has not mentioned anything regarding the GCC debut, but we can expect it to arrive here sometime the next year.
