The 2017 Chicago Auto show is just around the corner and we found out that the new and improved 2018 Subaru Legacy sedan will be showcased at the show.
The 2018 Subaru Legacy hosts several exterior and interior updates. Up front, the front grille and the bumper have been revised to look more aggressive, whereas the headlights have been upgraded too. Customers can now opt for the optional alloy wheels and new Crimson Red Pearl and Magnetite Gray Metallic body paints.
On the inside, more upscale materials have been added. A new gray color interior theme is now available. The overall cabin quality has been upgraded for a quieter and smooth drive plus a range of enhanced technological equipment are now accessible including a Starlink Multimedia system with Bluetooth connectivity, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration and USB ports on the rear seats. The standard main display has been enlarged from 6.2 inches to 6.6 inches. An 8.0-inch display is also available as an option.
In the safety department, some new features have been added too, such as, Steering Responsive Headlights (SRH), and new Safety Plus and Security Plus packages.
The base trim will be powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 175 horsepower, while the upper trim will feature a 3.6-liter six-cylinder Boxer engine generating 256 horsepower. The pricing details have not been announced yet.
