Mercedes has chosen the 2017 Geneva Auto Show to raise the curtains off the 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63 Wagon. It will be based on the E400 Station Wagon, which was revealed last summer, offering some exceptional luxury features as well as a powerful engine.

Just like its sedan sibling, the 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63 Wagon will be powered by a hand-crafted 4.0-liter Biturbo V8 engine paired with AMG Speedshift MCT 9-speed Sport transmission developing 603 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The engine features cylinder deactivation and Start/Stop technology, which helps in improving the fuel efficiency. Official reports suggest, the E63 Wagon can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 180 mph (289 km/h).

Like any other AMG vehicle, the E63 Wagon also boasts impressive luxurious amenities including Nappa leather seats, carbon fiber trim, dual 12.3-inch touch display and more. It also extends new drive assist features such as the new semi-autonomous Drive Pilot system.

Talking about the design, the Mercedes-AMG E63 Wagon appears to be sporty and stylish, thanks to the bold body kit and stunning AMG 20-inch light alloy wheels.

The official debut will take place next month at the Geneva Auto Show and it is expected to hit the dealerships in the US in fall. Pricing details will be revealed in the coming few days.
