The new redesigned Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe has been spotted test driving somewhere in the snow. As you can see there are some striking enhancements added by the automaker to make the car look even more impressive.
Talking about the updates, the redesigned Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe can be seen wearing a new front bumper and a pair of headlights. The shape of the headlights is the same as the outgoing model, but the internals have been revised. There are 4 projectors on both lower and upper areas. The rear profile has not been changed.
Besides the updated bumper and head lamps, the redesigned Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe is expected to feature a new steering wheel as well as a touchpad surface on the center console which will replace the conventional rotary style controller knob. Reports also indicate that the standard analog instrument cluster will also be replaced by the digital panel.
Major changes are expected under the hood and we believe that the new C-Class will carry the Mercedes next-generation engines which comprise of hybrid systems and 4-, 6- cylinder units with inline configuration. The engines will be mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox.
Mercedes C-Class coupe aims to give a tough competition to its rivals including the Audi A5 and the Infiniti Q60 as it debuts sometime in 2018.
