The 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible has been revealed all ready to hit the dealerships this fall alongside the hardtop variant. Just a few days back, the coupe version of the 2018 Ford Mustang made its debut at the Detroit Auto Show and now the automaker has released images of the convertible variant, which give us a pretty good idea about its exterior styling.
On the outside, the 2018 Ford Mustang Convertible looks same as its hardtop sibling. It includes standard LED lights, revised hood design and enhanced front and rear profile. The interior features a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, which can be optimized according to the driver’s need. Moreover, it will also offer latest safety features such as Pre-Collision Assist, MagneRide suspension and more.
Ford is ditching the V6 engine and instead will install a turbocharged Ecoboost 2.3-liter inline-4 cylinder unit along with the 5.0-liter V-8 mill in the Mustang Convertible.
The Ford Mustang Convertible will be built alongside the coupe variant at the Flat Rock Assembly near Detroit. The pricings have not been announced yet, however, will be announced shortly before the launch.
