Traction control optimizes the grip and control of your car on such surfaces by limiting the wheel rotation. This feature is highly useful in cars that generate a lot of horsepower and torque as they throttle back the engine and upshift the transmission, to prevent wheel spin. The working of the system may vary on different speeds depending upon specification set by the manufacturer.
