Nissan Drive Innovation offers an independent and customized process of conducting a test drive. Promising a thrilling experience, Nissan Middle East’s managing director, Samir Cherfan says, “Anyone who shows interest in test driving a new Nissan will be treated to an experience that’s personal to them. We are all individuals and the cars we drive are outward expressions of our personalities; to have an initial customer interaction, individually tailored to each person will demonstrate Nissan’s commitment to providing standard setting levels of customer service and satisfaction.”
The potential customers can make use of their social profiles such as Facebook and Twitter to register themselves in. The task is simply to post with #NissanME or retweet the original post @NissanME. The entrant is asked a series of upfront questions beforehand like full name, current car in possession, preferred Nissan model for test drive (Sentra, Altima, X-Trail or Patrol) and favorite music artist. This brief inspection is used to personalize the test driving experience in line with customer’s interest. A welcoming on-the-ground team, test routes planned to display inherent capabilities of the model and favorite music playing throughout the drive are compelling enough for customer satisfaction.
The Nissan Drive Innovation also helps its customers in accessing the benefits of Smart Car App. Deployed across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this program is making its way to Qatar and Oman too.
