The Danish auto company Nerve has showcased the Autonomous Street Racer motorbike at the 2nd International Conference on Future Mobility in Dubai, dubbed as the world’s fastest autonomous motorcycle achieving an incredible speed of 300km/h. Astonishingly it can attain this insane speed all by itself, thanks to its driverless technology.
Before the 2nd International Conference on Future Mobility, the world’s fastest autonomous motorcycle was exhibited at the NaTrans Expo in Abu Dhabi in October.
Nerve wants to acquaint itself with Dubai’s public and private sector in order to invest in the automotive industry in the future.
While discussing Smart City goals of Dubai, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Nerve, Soeren Ekelund, talked about how the balance between people, society and technology can help achieve more sustainable means of transport and mobility.
Ekelund thinks vehicles are not merely meant to satisfy individual’s needs and how they go from one place to another. They influence the whole environment and all the society. Today’s vehicles do not only have to be faster and stronger, but also smarter and greener.
He further added that he was honored to be a part of the revolution that will change the automobile industry. He considers Dubai to be the flag bearer of the future smart technologies.
