Keeping the tradition of showcasing highly customized vehicles at the SEMA Auto Show, this year again, Toyota has brought something absolutely glorious to the Show. The automaker introduced six vehicles on display, but the star of the show was the new Toyota Land Speed Cruiser, which is capable of delivering 2,000 horsepower.
Although, the Toyota Land Speed Cruiser carries the same 5.7L V8 engine, but it includes a twin-turbocharger system along with new and upgraded tires as well as some minor aerodynamic updates. According to the officials, the Toyota Land Speed Cruiser can reach to 354 km/h (220 mph), which makes it the fastest SUV in the world.
Surprisingly, the exterior design of the Land Speed Cruiser is almost identical to the standard Land Cruiser.
Besides the modified Land Cruiser, Toyota also displayed the Tacoma TRD Pro Race Truck, which is set to compete in the 2017 Mint 400 race. The truck carries a 3.5L V6 engine and features an exclusive multi-terrain select function as well as a crawl control system. Other vehicles at Toyota booth include the Prius G Extreme, the two-door XTREME Corolla and the Toyota Motorsport GmbH GT86 CS-Cup.
