The 2018 Toyota Camry prototype has been spotted test driving and we believe it will be launched soon. Although it was heavily disguised, but we can still make out a few elements such as four exhaust tips, stretched wheelbase, sporty wheels and an aggressive body kit.

The 2018 Toyota Camry is most likely to adopt the new TNGA Architecture, which we have also seen in the new Toyota Prius. The TNGA architecture will surely reduce the overall weight of the sedan as well as improve the handling. We don’t know anything regarding the powertrain yet, but rumors suggest that a 2.0L four-cylinder turbo engine might be offered alongside the 3.5L V6 and the base 2.5L engine. A hybrid model will be added to the lineup too.

Talking about the design, it seems like the 2018 Toyota Camry prototype features LED head lamps and indicator lights. The tail lights look somewhat similar to the new Toyota Avalon. On the inside, the front dash incorporates redesigned air conditioning vents and includes chrome trim.

The 2018 Toyota Camry might make its public debut sometime in early 2017.
