The new Ford Fusion has already arrived in the market, but the sport variant has yet to come. However, the automaker has recently announced that the 2017 Ford Fusion Sport will start at $34,350. And if you add more advanced features such as adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, heated seats etc, the price could go up to $42,385.
The 2017 Ford Fusion Sport carries a 2.7-litre V6 twin-turbo Ecoboost engine that delivers 325 horsepower and 380lb-ft of torque. With this powertrain, the Ford Fusion Sport will be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 5 seconds.
The exterior design of the Sport variant is quite similar to the regular Fusion with some minor updates such as a black coloured grille and dark 19-inch wheels.
The 2017 Ford Fusion Sport is expected to arrive at the dealerships after summer.
