The new Mazda CX-4 crossover is scheduled to make its official debut at the Beijing Auto Show; however, Chinese website Auto.163.com has managed to leak its images totally undisguised.
The leaked pictures of the crossover even have Mazda CX-4 written on its sides and on the number plate. Compared to the Mazda CX-5, the CX-4 looks larger and more attractive. The exterior styling is inspired from the Mazda’s Koeru concept which was unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
On the side, an emblem “2.5 AWD” is fixed, which tells that the CX-4 will carry the same 2.5L powertrain that is also found in Mazda 3, Mazda 6 and CX-5.
Rumours suggest that the Mazda CX-4 crossover will only be launched in the Chinese markets initially. And it’s unclear as of now if the automaker will expand its sales in the UAE. More information will be revealed as the CX-4 is officially revealed in July at the Beijing Auto Show.
