The 2017 Nissan GTR has arrived at the 2016 New York Auto Show with an enhanced powertrain, revised exterior design and an updated interior featuring new technological equipment.

The powertrain includes a twin-turbo, 3.8-litre V6 engine that now offers an extra 20 horsepower (total 565 horsepower). The added power comes from the tweaked ignition timing control and the turbo boost.

Exterior updates on the 2017 Nissan GTR include a new and huge “V-motion grille”, redesigned front hood for improved aerodynamics and latest front bumper design to increase downforce. Towards the rear, the Nissan GT-R boasts a higher beltline which makes it look bolder and wider than the outgoing model.

On the inside, besides the Nappa leather stitched seats and a new dashboard design, the 2017 Nissan GTR extends an 8-inch display with NissanConnect and an integrated navigation system. The number of control knobs and switches has been significantly reduced too giving the centre console a cleaner look.

The pricing details of the 2017 Nissan GTR have not been announced yet; however, we know that it will hit the dealerships this summer.
