Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) has recently announced that they have cut Dubai ambulance response time set for them by government in 20% of all emergency response cases. This means that DCAS can now respond within 4 minutes, to 1 in 5 cases.
This is a significant improvement from 8 minutes response time in all other instances. It’s even more commendable, that at airports this time has been reduced to only 2 minutes, thanks to vigilant air patrol medics of DCAS.
To ensure even more widespread success, the organisation recently acquired its first ever infection control ambulance. This acquisition follows their purchase of Lotus Evora – the world’s fastest ambulance that can sprint to 300km/h.
DCAS is working hard at Dubai ambulance response time in an effort to reach government set targets as part of Dubai’s vision for the 2020 Expo.
