The German automobile manufacturer, Audi AG does not only excel in building luxury cars but also has a world class customer service for which Audi becomes top automaker by the J.D. Power 2016 Customer Service Index (CSI).
Their study shows that Audi showed improvement in various fields including Service Advisor, Service Quality, Service Initiation and more.
The customer satisfaction results are based on the first three years of ownership and other data collected from over 72,000 owners. The last year’s top position was secured by Jaguar, but this time Audi managed to score a total of 874 points (out of a total 1,000 points). Lexus came second with 869 points, while Cadillac stood at third position with 863 points.
Other automakers in the list of top 10 include Mercedes-Benz (857), Jaguar (856), Lincoln (856), Infiniti (852), Porsche (848) and BMW (844).
