The Dubai Autodrome racing circuit will be echoing with the roaring sounds of sports cars today as the third round of TRD 86 Cup takes place.
The TRD 86 Cup is a part of Yas Marina Circuit, introduced in 2014. It provides an excellent chance to amateur racers in the UAE to compete on a professional level giving them the adrenaline feel they always desire for. The season one of the TRD 86 Cup was won by Karim Al Azhari.
A total number of 14 contestants will be competing against each other including 34-year old Italian driver, Nicola Montezemolo. Nicola has previously (around 7 years back) participated in various championship racing events in Italy, but after moving to UAE in 2010 he didn’t get much chances to show off his skills. He expressed his delight regarding the racing event saying that it is an amazing opportunity for people like him to compete in a safe and professional racing environment.
