The Geneva Motor Show is about to start and the new 2017 Honda Civic hatchback is all-set to be revealed to its fans. However, just before the show, a spy photographer has caught the new Civic hatchback prototype covered in disguise being tested somewhere in the streets of U.S.
Despite being covered in wraps, the styling cues are pretty much evident. The front fascia is almost similar to the coupe and sedan model, but towards the rear, the roof significantly slopes down joining the trunk lid. The centre mounted twin exhausts at the back add to the sporty persona of the Civic.
The next gen Honda Civic hatchback will be offered in 3 engine options: a turbo-charged 1.5L four cylinder producing 200 horsepower, a naturally aspirated 2.0L four-cylinder engine and a super-fast turbo-charged 2.0L engine which will be available in Si or Type R models.
The new 2017 Honda Civic hatchback will arrive in the markets sometime next year.
