The 2016 Geneva Motor Show will be host to the global debut of two Lotus sports cars. It will be the British sports car specialist’s “fastest ever lineup of production road cars”.

The two Lotus sports cars will be accompanied at the Lotus stand by the 3-Eleven and Elise Cup 250. Lotus has not revealed any details about the unannounced models. The CEO Jean-Marc Gales will be available at the Geneva Motor Show to launch the vehicles and handle press queries.

One of the likely candidates for the new sports cars could be the Evora 400 Roadster, based on the Evora 400 Coupe, which was launched at last year’s Geneva Motor Show featuring a 3.5 litre V6 engine with 400 hp and 302 pound-feet of torque. The other sports car remains a mystery, although speculation is rife amongst motoring enthusiasts regarding a track-only Evora or a redesigned Exige with the same powertrain as the Evora 400.
