The dedicated preowned Lexus Showroom is located on Sheikh Zayad Road and displays models from 2011 till 2015. The vehicles available have a complete service history, quality assurance inspections, 5 years warranty, insurance and financing options. Complementing the customer experience aimed at by Al-Futtaim are value added services like 14 day exchange guarantee and 24 hour roadside assistance.
Customers also have the option to browse through the pre-owned Lexus models on the Lexus UAE website from their computers or smartphones. The initiative on the whole has been lauded by potential customers for offering an excellent customer experience coupled with the competitive pricing of pre-owned vehicles.
