After the launch of new Mercedes-Benz V Class at the Tokyo Motor Show, it was displayed at the Dubai International Motor Show 2015.
Yes that’s right! Mercedes has taken another alphabet and will now use it to offer commercial and passenger luxury vehicles.
The V-Class was originally introduced in 2014 and sold 25 percent more than its predecessor, the Viano. The Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans, Volker Mornhinweg, believes these promising sales indicate that the customers are satisfied with the new V-Class and it will perform well in the Japanese and UAE markets.
Additionally, the all-new AMG version would be added in the next year lineup, featuring a sporty character with 19 inch AMG alloy wheels, rear spoiler and a large panoramic roof.
On the inside of the Mercedes-Benz V Class, enhanced interior amenities will include a redesigned centre console with silver accents and a mini refrigerator plus iPod holders for the rear seating compartment.
The powertrain upgrades for the Mercedes-Benz V Class AMG have not been announced yet. However, the entry level V200 carries a potent 2.1-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel engine that produces 134 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque.
The sales of V-Class MPV will start in Spring 2016.
