The first spy shots of the 2017 Infiniti Q60 prototype are here and they confirm that this coupe is exactly the same as the concept revealed by the automaker at the Detroit Auto Show. The sexy looking 2017 Infiniti Q60 was seen parked at a testing facility in Germany.

The new Q60 boasts a very attractive exterior design with a generous amount of high-strength steel used in the body to make it lightweight. The powertrain is not yet confirmed, but it is expected to carry a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V-6 engine paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The current Q60 delivers 330 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque, thus the new model will definitely supply an even higher output. The rear wheel drive will be standard, but customers can also choose an all-wheel drive by spending extra.

The 2017 Infiniti Q60 will target the BMW 4 Series, the Lexus RC and the Mercedes-Benz C Class Coupe when it hits the dealerships sometime next year.
