Mercedes-Benz Oman sales continue their upward trend with Q3 sales showing a 19% growth since the beginning of the year. The region’s authorised distributor, Zawawi Trading Company, accredits its incredible sales streak to the strength of the Mercedes brand and the strong line-up of vehicles along with a market ripe for investment in luxury cars.
The most popular vehicle in the line-up this quarter was the new Mercedes GLK with a 117% growth since January in line with the general popularity of mid size SUVs in the region. Another top performer was the G-Class showing 37% growth followed closely by the ML-Class with 31% growth.
The Q3 has exceeded the Q2 performance by 9% on a year to year comparison probably because of the introduction of the trail blazing GLC and the dynamic GLE Coupe in Mercedes-Benz Oman line-up. The Q2 favorites included the S-Class and the AMG Performance Cars.
