To honor the 100th Birthday of Lamborghini founder, Feruccio Lamborghini (April 28, 1916), the automaker decided to launch a new roadster yet called the Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4. The word Centenario means Centenary in Spanish.

The powertrain will include a 6.5-litre V12 engine that will generate around 770 horsepower which is 30hp more than the Lamborghini Veneno. Plus, the new Centenario LP 770-4 will be able to achieve 0 to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds with a top speed somewhere north of 217 mph. This makes it 0.2 second faster than the previous Aventador.

And of course expect a number of impressive exterior styling upgrades by the automaker to make sure that this new Centenario LP 770-4 stand apart from every other previous Lamborghini model.

The Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4 is expected to make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show next year in March. The price tag will definitely be over $1 million with only 20 units up for sale. The automaker might also add a convertible variant for the Centenario LP 770-4 in the future, but we will have to wait a little longer for that.
