Mercedes-AMG adds another milestone to the luxurious C-Class by introducing the C63 Coupe, which is billed as the sportiest car in the lineup. The latest sporty visualizes state of the art exterior styling and powerful technical configuration.
The interior features are not much different from its four door sibling, which has already received a great acclaim from customers. Now imagine all those perks packed in AMG’s two-door coupe, it’s going to be splendid.
Beneath the bonnet, a twin-turbo, 4.0-litre V8 engine is coupled with AMG Speedshift 7 speed automatic transmission, which is borrowed from its sedan variant. However, there will be two V8 varieties producing different outputs; one will churn out 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque, while the superior C63 S model will be fine tuned to generate 503 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. These specifications will help achieve the 60 mph mark in just 3.9 seconds for the standard trim, while the range-topping will do the same in 0.1 second less, which interprets their top speed to be 155 mph and 180 mph based on the respective trim levels.
The all-new 2017 Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe is going to outshine its adversaries at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show, due to take place next month.
