MINI has revealed the 2016 Clubman Cooper with an elegant touch of design and expanded size. The cabin space has been increased to give passengers more room to stretch out their shoulders, head and legs.
The all-new MINI 2016 Clubman Cooper is now even bigger. It measures 70.9 inches wide and 168.3 inches long, which is a seven inch increment in its length from the previous builds. Not only does this modification comforts passengers, but also capacitates the cargo space. Rear seats are foldable and rear doors can be opened via a foot-activated trigger. The base model possesses a 1.5-litre/3-cyl engine churning out 134 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque, while more powerful variants are also available both in six-speed manual and automatic transmissions. An optional eight speed automatic transmission will be exclusive to MINI Clubman Cooper S.
The sales of the latest 2016 MINI Clubman will commence in the US at the start of the next year, while prices will be declared this September.
