Aston Martin UAE has launched its latest supercar Vulcan yesterday, a limited edition track-only vehicle that runs on a naturally-aspirated 7.0 litre V12 engine, in the city of Dubai. This new creation from the British luxury car producer has been deemed as an exceptional and exciting model. After its first public display at the 2015 Geneva Motor show last month, the rear-wheel drive sports car was revealed in spirit of international media representatives at Dubai showroom of Aston Martin.
Engineered by motorsport experts, the Aston Martin Vulcan was structurally finalised after applying the brand’s style of impressive design and original inventiveness. The car has a carbon fibre chassis fit under a 1,350kg body that delivers an engine output of 800hp, promising an extreme on-track performance for car enthusiasts. Its advanced style was created in-house by the design team, giving it a design language that clues us about what the next generation of Aston Martin supercars will be like. The body was developed in collaboration with Aston Martin Racing that includes a front mid-engine and follows trail of the brand’s inexhaustible GT motorsport experience.
With an abundance of technical innovations, the supercar encompasses a carbon fibre monocoque and a body developed by Multimatic’s specialist team. The latest works on this model include integral limited-slip differential, magnesium torque tube with a carbon fibre propeller shaft and Brembo racing calipers functioning on carbon ceramic racing disk brakes.
Delivering its market offering as always, Aston Martin included its exclusive option which allows owners of the new super vehicle to sharply customise their track experience using a qualifying scale of detailed power and dynamic performance adjustments. What the UAE customers have on offer is the opportunity of thorough training for track time driving from experienced race drivers, before the car is delivered to the owner.
