It is extremely unlikely that Jeremy Clarkson will ever make it back to Top Gear despite a million people have signed a petition pushing for the controversial TV presenter’s return. However, his fans may have some respite as Clarkson is due to appear as a guest host on BBC’s quiz show, ‘Have I Got News For You’ due to air on April 24, 2015. This will be the first time Jeremy Clarkson will be seen Live since his violent dispute with one of Top Gear’s producers, Oisin Tymon last month which caused him to be suspended permanently from hosting the show.
Jeremy has been appearing on ‘Have I Got News For You’ since 2002 and has been known for his rather aggressive antics on that platform as well. Still, the production team at Hat Trick, the company that makes the show, have high hopes with one of its representatives claiming that he thought Jeremy was ‘a fantastic broadcaster’ and that they should bring in Top Gear’s producer so that he can ‘hit Jeremy Clarkson live on television’.
