Would you leave a $250,000 glamorous supercar after crashing and damaging it badly and just walk away? Probably not. But someone definitely did that. Police found an abandoned rented Lamborghini Gallardo in a miserable condition on Dallas North Tollway, earlier Sunday morning.
According to WFAA, it looks somebody hit the Italian exotic luxury in a concrete wall and then left it there. This accident happened Saturday night and the police found the wrecked car Sunday morning. As the Yellow Gallardo was not carrying any license plate or sign of identification, the car was towed and taken to the police impound.
Exotic Skittles, an exotic car rental company in Dallas, Texas, confirmed to News 8 that the car had been rented from them and the person who rented was a loyal customer. According to the rental company, it is not the first time their rented car has crashed. It has happened before, but nobody has ever left the car in an abandoned and wrecked state. Upon asking whether the driver will be able to enjoy the renting services from the company, the answer was “probably not”.
