The British automaker A. Kahn Design is bringing a new coach-built concept to Geneva Motor Show. Based on the basic design of Land Rover Defender 110, this concept is titled as the Flying Huntsman 110 WB 6×6. The company will flaunt its coach building skills like it already did through Pininfarina and Zagato.

This three-axle Land Rover Defender will be powered by a 6.2-litre GM-sourced LS3 V8, expected to produce around 430 hp, which will be transferred to the ground through six-speed automatic with tap shift control.

This outrageous six-wheeler is packed up with hi-lo drive system and locking differentials, a heavy duty chassis, beefed-up suspension and braking systems, with exterior styling specially designed by Chelsea Truck Company Defenders.

Other upgrades include lengthening of the front part by 400 mm and the rear cabin by 800 mm, while the width is increased by 150 mm. Some work is also done on the front and rear doors, as they have been lengthened with a redesigned windscreen and a full panoramic roof extending from the B pillars to the rear. Designed as both off road and roadgoing vehicle, the options for body styles are under consideration. There may be hard tops or pickups.
