Aston Martin, the British automobile giant, has finally taken the wraps off of its magnificent new sedan, Loganda Taraf in Kuwait on Monday. The unveiling took place at Kuwait Concours d’Elegance, and it immediately became the apple of eye. Yes, you guessed it right, it is the same place where street version of the Aston Martin V12 Zagato was first unveiled not long ago.

The Loganda has hit the production line after two and a half decades, as many of its 70s predecessors are already resting in homes. This carries the nameplate of Taraf – derived from the Arabic word for “luxury” and will only be available for sale to selective customers in the Middle East. The luxury limousine is specifically designed keeping in mind the demands of Persian Gulf clientele.

The glorious handmade four-door super-sports saloon measures 5,396.5mm long and rests on a 3,189mm wheelbase. It gets the power from a 5.9-litre V12 engine which generates about 550 hp channelled to the wheels through a new eight-speed ZF automatic transaxle gearbox borrowed from the latest Aston Martin Rapide S. Although it’s a little long (half a metre) than Rapide, it gives the same performance as its sibling.

Aston Martin Loganda Taraf, boasting the finest, most intricate, quilted leather, has been hand-built in UK by the most skilled workers in a dedicated building which was previously used for the production of One-77 hypercar. No words yet about the cost of this masterpiece, but according to the manufacturer, it will solely depend on the customers.
