Wheel imbalance is an innate property that wheels inherit during its manufacturing process. It’s a general thing in science; no metal is 100% pure and no diamond is 100% carbon. In quantitatively strict terms, not even rain water is 100% H2o, so the point here is that nothing which involves a chemical reaction is pure. In our case, metal is shaped by heat reactions which liquefy raw metal later to be moulded.
