2016 Honda Acura NSX
Scheduled to arrive as a 2016 model, the long-awaited second-generation Acura NSX wears a sleek, low-slung design that is heavily inspired by the NSX Concept that was presented at the 2012 edition of the Detroit Motor Show.
The NSX hasn’t been fully unveiled yet but Acura has hinted that the coupe will make use of its Sport-Hybrid Super-Handling All-Wheel-Drive system, which teams a mid-mounted VTEC V6 engine with a trio of electric motors – one integrated into the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and two mounted at the front wheels. All told, the NSX is expected to boast about 500 horsepower.
