Logis Middle East has announced that it will soon bring compact six-wheel truck in the UAE market, manufactured by the Siberian manufacturer Petrovich Auto. For this, the company is targeting the affluent consumers who are keen about off-road racing.
The diesel engine, six-wheel suspension and tyres of StarWalker will help the vehicle to climb the high dunes of UAE without any hitch. Most interestingly, you can just push a button to change the air pressure in the tyres.
The vehicle itself weighs 3.5 tonnes, while it can carry one ton of load and capacitate nine adults in the cabin. It was previously been used by American and Russian space agencies, NASA and ROSCOSMOS, respectively.
The truck will arrive to the UAE market with a number of modifications including the replacement of heat radiators with air conditioning system and filters to prevent the sand to enter the cabin. On the other hand, customers can subscribe for possible modifications like leather seats, DVD player, falcon cages and gun ranks.
As the company produces only five trucks a month, a limited number of Star Walker trucks will be brought to the UAE at a price of AED 900,000 for the base model. A four-wheel variant of the truck will also be offered soon, available for AED 400,000.
