Cadillac Escalade received the highest dependability award in the Large Premium SUV segment in J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study.

Cadillac improved to third place among automakers and two of its nameplates ranked highest in their respective segments in the 2014 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study.

The study rates vehicle problems experienced during the past 12 months by original owners of 3-year-old, or 2011 model year, vehicles.

“This is a further testament to our strong dedication to providing the highest quality experience for our luxury consumers,” said Maurice Williams, President and Managing Director, General Motors Middle East Operations. “Our customers satisfaction will continue to be the focus of our business.”

Cadillac improved significantly in the study, overtaking 11 brands to rank third industry wide.

The 2014 Cadillac Escalade maintains its reputation with the 2014 lineup, offering two distinct body styles and Platinum models aimed at the segment’s most discerning customers.
