Vortech Superchargers has announced plans to show the Mustang Yellow Jacket at the beginning of November during this year’s SEMA show.

With SEMA just around the corner, it’s no wonder more and more automakers andaftermarket specialists are revealing their products. The latest example is Vortech Superchargers with their customized Mustang dubbed Yellow Jacket in relation to its DuPont yellow paintjob. The most significant change occurs under the hood where now lies a V-3 Si supercharger lifting the V8 5.0-liter’s output to 605 bhp (451 kW) and 473 lb-ft (640 Nm) of torque.

Aside from infusing additional oomph, Vortech has fitted the Mustang with a wider body kit, a carbon fiber cowl induction hood, six-piston brakes, a box suspension package and 20-inch iForged wheels shod in Falken Azenis FK453 tires.
