Hyundai and Bisimoto Engineering have announced plans to team up to create a specially-modified Genesis Coupe for SEMA.
Described as a street car with the “outrageous power of a no-holds-barred racer,” the one-off model will have an Electric Blue exterior with an ARK hood, a carbon fiber decklid spoiler and 20-inch aluminum wheels with Toyo R888 R-Compound tires.
The racing theme continues in the cabin as the model will be outfitted with a roll cage, Buddy Club racing seats and a Racepack IQ3 digital dash.
Under the hood, the 3.8-liter Lambda V6 engine will be equipped with twin Turbonetics turbochargers, steel connecting rods, Arias forged pistons, upgraded fuel injectors and a Magnafuel 750 fuel pump. The mill will also have custom ignition coils, a Spearco intercooler and a Burns stainless exhaust system. Thanks to all these modifications, the engine will produce 1000 bhp (745 kW).
